Selby District AVS work with partners within the community to develop, support and promote the work of voluntary organisations and community groups, helping them to be as effective and sustainable as possible.

Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation

The Innovation Fund from Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV), aims to support innovative projects working with individuals living with, or at risk of, mental and emotional ill health and/or learning disabilities.

Yorkshire Energy Doctor C.I.C

Offering support to local people with saving money and energy through utility bill review and support, along with training and development opportunities.

Lottery Community Fund 

The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600m a year to communities across the UK, raised by players of The National Lottery

Southern Community Engagement Forum (CEF)

The Southern CEF consists of the following parishes: Balne; Beal; Burn; Camblesforth; Carlton; Chapel Haddlesey; Cridling Stubbs; Drax; Eggborough; Gateforth; Heck; Hambleton; Hensall; Hirst Courtney; Kellington; Kirk Smeaton; Little Smeaton; Long Drax; Newland; Temple Hirst; Thorpe Willoughby; Stapleton; Walden Stubbs; West Haddlesey; Whitley; and Womersley.

Funding is through Selby District Council, to provide support to local community projects.

Western Community Engagement Forum (CEF)

The Western Community Engagement Forum covers the following parishes: Birkin; Brotherton; Burton Salmon; Byram cum Sutton; Fairburn: Hillam; Monk Fryston; Huddleston with Newthorpe; Sherburn in Elmet; and South Milford.

Funding is through Selby District Council, to provide support to local community projects.
